1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged by the informant that on 24.08.2024 his brother-in-law has informed him that the daughter of his sister was killed for dowry by the husband and family members of matrimonial house. It is further alleged that upon receiving such information he along with his brother reached the house of his sister's daughter, after reaching

No.51382 of 2025(3) dt.21-08-2025 2/3 the house they saw that his sister's daughter was dead and her dead body was lying in the house and informant saw hanging marks in her neck. It is next alleged that the informant believed that she was killed by her husband, brother-in-law, father- inlaw and mother-in-law for dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law, brother-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased respectively and they have falsely been implicated in this case by the informant due to misinformation. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and she is not concerned with the family affairs of the deceased. Petitioners are simply victim of over implication. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
