1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the merit list dt. 10.12.18 and selection dt. 25.01.2020 and joining dt. 17.02.2021 on the post of Anganbari Sevika in the Anganbari centre No. 216, Ramasi, Harijan Tola, Ward No.-13 under Gram

Patna High Court CWJC No.18840 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 Panchayat Sakarama, Block- Sanhoula, Bhagalpur and for issuance of writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent concerned to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika on Anganbari centre No. 216, Ramasi, Harijan Tola, Ward No.- 13 under Gram Panchayat Sakarama, Block- Sanhoula, Bhagalpur."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
