The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s for quashing of the order dt. 22.11.2019 contained in D.B. No. 142 issued by District Programme Officer (Resp. no.4) whereby and whereunder the application submitted against the selection of respondent no. 7 the post of Sevika in Gram Panchayat Chousa East Ward no. 09 within Block-Chousa, Dist-Madhepura has been rejected, and the selection of respondent no.7 has

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
