2. The petitioner, in this case, is seeking the following reliefs:- "I. To set-aside the order of Additional Director Tuberculosis Exhibition and Training Centre, Patna dated 03.02.2020 (Annexure-2) by which the petitioner has been relieved from the office of T.B.D.C., Patna and has been directed to join in the office of Director-in-chief (Disease Control) Health Services, Bihar, Patna.

II. To set-aside the order of Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna dated 08.06.2020 (wrongly typed 08.06.2017 in the petition) (Annexure-3) by which he has been transferred in the office of Civil Surgeon, Saran.

III. For directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner in the office of Additional Director T.B.D.C., Patna or Director in Chief, Health Service, Patna.

IV. For grant of all consequential benefits."

3. The petitioner in this case is aggrieved by and dissatisfied with Annexures '2' and '3' to the writ application.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure '2' is stigmatic in nature.

5. The fact remains that Annexures '2' and '3' are dated 03.02.2020 and 08.04.2020 respectively. The petitioner has already joined at the transferred place.

6. This Court finds no reason to interfere with Annexures '2' and '3' of the writ application which has already been complied with two and half years back.

This writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
