JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Saharsa by his order dated 11.01.2017 has disposed of the case of the petitioner with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Saharsa to consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order.

In view of the fact that since the respondent no. 9 is being represented by her learned counsel, it would be appropriate to direct the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Saharsa to dispose of the disputes arising out of the present case as directed by the aforesaid forum in its order dated 11.01.2017, after hearing the petitioner as well as the other concerned parties within a period of eight weeks from today.
