The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.640 of 2018 registered under Section 37(a)(b) (c) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 and under Sections 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 129, 177, 183, 181 of M.V. Act.

As per written report, petitioner was arrested by the police and on examination by Breath Analyzer machine, the petitioner was found having taken liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 10.09.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74002 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S.
