2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(1), 351(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, 12 F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, along with 30-35 unknown miscreants, assaulted co-villager, namely, Indrajeet Prasad and Bhaisur of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53804 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/3 the informant by means of sticks, bhala, rod, sword, sickle, iron chain and pistol as a result of which both of them sustained multiple injuries
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Though there is allegation that 12 named and 30-35 unknown persons assaulted the injured but doctor has found only four injuries that are in the nature of abrasion which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution story. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench as well as by this Court vide orders dated 30.07.2025 & 13.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 47652 of 2025 & 53198 of 2025 respectively. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53804 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 3/3 of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P. S. Case No. 189 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
