JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 09.02.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 328 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after one and half years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is specifically alleged that on 08.02.2014 at 11:00 AM the petitioner took the victim from her parents' house and at 2:30 P.M on the same day brought the dead body to informant's house.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014, pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23957 of 2014 (6) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea. Let the trial be expedited.
