Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused Dilip Paswan entered into the house of the informant and demanded Rs. 50,000/- as extortion. When protest was made by the informant and her sister-in-law, then co-accused Dilip Paswan snatched gold chain and assaulted the informant and her sister-in-law with butt of the pistol.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation has been levelled in the background of enmity between the parties and snatching of gold chain is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37132 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 specific against co-accused Dilip Paswan.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
