Petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S. Case No.280 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner along with Ratan Rai and Shankar Rai assaulted the informant with knife, rod etc. causing injury in his neck and other parts of the body.

Injury Report of the informant is enclosed as Annexure-2 from which it appears that injuries found on the person of the injured were simple in nature.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.280 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
