2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation, seeks permission to file a supplementary counter affidavit bringing on record the statements showing payment of all the admissible dues to the petitioner.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents is taken on record, wherein a categorical assertion has been made in paragraph-4 thereof that differential

Patna High Court CWJC No.3430 of 2021(6) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 amount of dearness allowance, differential amount of pension in the light of 6th pay revision and further differential amount of ACP have been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that, in fact, the entire sanctioned amount in favour of the petitioner, as has been mentioned in paragraphs6 to 10 have been paid to the petitioner.

5. In view of the averments made in the supplementary counter affidavit, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
