The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2018 in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)a 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery is said to have been made from the person of the petitioner but the same is denied by him. It is further submitted that the petitioner was taken into custody on mere suspicion and the seizure list prepared accordingly.
