2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that two unknown criminals looted motorcycle, owner book of the motorcycle, smart card, diving licence and Rs. 10,000/- from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.02.2022.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56290 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 satisfaction of learned C.J.M, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022.

6. The petitioner will visit Motihari Muffasil Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
