1. Supplementary show cause notice has been filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 1 to 3 seeking apology and to withdraw the contents mentioned in paragraph No. 9 of the show cause notice.

2. It is specifically mentioned that inadvertently the contents of paragraph No. 9 of the show cause notice was made simultaneously when L.P.A. was prepared.

3. Accordingly, the contents of the paragraph No. 9 of the show cause notice is permitted to be withdrawn.

4. It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the Learned counsel for the opposite parties that the L.P.A. was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

5. Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 3, namely, Shri Vinod Singh Gunjiyal, Shri Krishna Kumar and Smt. Renu Kumari Sinha appeared before this Court. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the opposite parties that within a month they will decide the matter, whether to assail against the orders against the L.P.A. or to reinitiate the petitioner into service and sought one month's time for deciding the matter.

6. Accordingly, this Court grants one month's time for deciding the matter. In case, the opposite parties do not decide the matter within the stipulated period, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge it.

7. With the abovesaid observation, contempt case is closed.
