JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 After having heard the parties and taking into consideration the entire factual matrices of the case, this Court is not persuaded to further modify the order dated 02.08.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 22576 of 2014, whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Srikrishnapuri P.S.Case No. 74 of 2013 with certain conditions indicated in that order. Admittedly, aforesaid order dated 02.08.2014 was once modified by order dated 18.05.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 39915 of 2014. The prayer for further modification of the aforesaid order seems to be completely misconceived. Accordingly, the present petition is rejected.
