Patna High Court CWJC No.3501 of 2021(2) dt.26-08-2022 2/2 District-Arwal to remove the encroachment made over public land appertaining to Khata No. 112 and 113 situated at villageSelarpur, P.S. Karpi, District-Arwal but the learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer to issuance of direction to the respondent no. 5 to conclude the pending Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2016-17 and remove the encroachment in question.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the respondent no. 5 is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2016-17, after hearing the affected parties and remove the encroachment in question, if so found, in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
