The petitioner seeks bail in Taraiya P.S. Case No.228 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 279, 336, 337, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and coaccused Ashutosh Kumar were apprehended with stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of co-accused Ashutosh Kumar. No looted article was recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.07.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
