Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections- 147, 148 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act and the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have given gun shot injury, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present keeping in view the finding recorded by the learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda in the impugned order, wherein, he has found that the petitioner was also alleged to have been threatening the witnesses as with regard to identification of the accused persons. The petitioner has in fact remained in jail custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40199 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 for a period of six months and therefore, for the time being this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner may however renew his prayer for bail after completing one year of judicial custody. Thus the prayer for bail of the petitioner for the present in the light of aforesaid observation is accordingly rejected.
