The petitioner is aggrieved by memo no. 1864 dated 19.12.2014, Annexure-4, whereby the RDDE, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga has issued order appointing one Hemant Kumar as incharge Principal of +2 Nationalised High School, Kolhatta, Patori, Darbhanga until posting of regular Principal of the school in question. The said order was passed on 19.12.2014 and we are in 2018. Ad hoc arrangement was made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4713 of 2017(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 RDDE only for a limited period but it continued for more than 3 years.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the respondentRDDE, Darbhanga is hereby directed to post regular Principal in the +2 High School, Kolhatta Patori, Darbhanga positively within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order filing which the ad hoc arrangement pursuant to Annexure-4 shall cease to exist and the RDDE will have to take charge of Principal of the school in question until regular appointment.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
