The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 304(B), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner, who happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased victim lady is causing the death of the deceased lady on account of non-fulfillment of the demand for dowry. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and there is no specific allegation as against the petitioner herein and if anyone is to be blamed, it might be the husband who is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018.
