Petitioner seeks bail in Nathnagar P.S. Case No.23 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Suresh Kumar Budhiya alleged that when he was on his way to his home after closing the shop, three persons intercepted him and robbed his money and other articles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police arrested the petitioner on 30.05.2018 and obtained his confessional statement. Save and except the confession of the petitioner, there is no material to implicate the petitioner in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 30.05.2018 but he has not yet been put on TIP. Another accused, namely, Chandan Kumar Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide oder passed in Cr. Misc. No.68957 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71928 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 2018.

Considering the fact that save and except the confession that too before the police, the I.O. did not collect any further incriminating material nor put the petitioner on TIP, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No.23 of 2018.
