Patna High Court CWJC No.14022 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/3 12-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 28.9.2018 passed by the Respondent No.8 whereby claim of petitioner for giving her privilege/benefit of Physically Handicapped (Disabilities Act, 2016) has been refused and further the complaint made against respondent nos. 6 and 7 and other officials have not been considered and also humiliate and harassed for being disabled person. (ii). For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to Respondents to give all the benefits of physically handicapped to the petitioner accordant to the Right of Persons with Disabilities.

(iii). For direction to Respondents to make payment of arrear of salary to the petitioner for the period from March, 2017 to May, 2017 and of dated 5.6.2017 showing her present on duty.

(iv). For direction to Respondents to take disciplinary action against Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and other officials for harassed and humiliate to the petitioner and also ever using filthy and objectionable language and torturing to the petitioner as being disable women."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14022 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 3/3 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
