2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks to file detail

Patna High Court CWJC No.11634 of 2023 dt.24-08-2023 2/3 representation for the relief, as prayed for in the present writ petition, before the District Provident Fund Officer, Nalanda and for grant of A.C.P. before the In-charge Medical Officer, Ekangarsarai, Nalanda.

3. Considering the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Provident Fund Officer, Nalanda is directed to call for deduction statement from the respective places of posting of the petitioner and ensure to make payment of provident fund amount to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

4. The concerned sanctioning authority the Civil Surgeon-cum-Medical Officer, Nalanda, Biharsharif is directed to grant benefit of financial upgradation on account of 3rd A.C.P. and earned leave due which was granted on 29.08.2014 as claimed for by the petitioner for the specific period within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. In case, the order is not complied within the aforesaid period, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the concerned authority.

6. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
