====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-01-2022 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, through Video Conferencing.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Naubatpur Police Station Case No. 133 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and both the parties have sustained injuries and the injured persons in the present case namely, Prashant Raj and Makeshwar Kumar have sustained

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15139 of 2021(2) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 injury simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance. He has further submitted that co-accused Hiraman Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.5802 of 2021 vide order dated 14. 12.2021 and other coaccused, Sonu Kumar and Deverjit Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 12.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5973 of 2021.

Learned Addl. P.P. has opposed and the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-II-cumA.C.J.M.-II, Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur Police Station Case No. 133 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. sanjeev/- (Nawneet Kumar Pandey , J) U T
