The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the first information report, in the statement made before the police by one co-accused Golu @ Vishwajeet Kumar the name of the petitioner has surfaced. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55200 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur, District Samastipur in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
