Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Umesh Kumar Mishra submits that similar matter was disposed of by this court vide order contained in Annexure-4. He submits that this writ application may also be disposed of in similar term without
Patna High Court CWJC No.2502 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 entering into the merit of the case.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to look into the grievance of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is identical to the case of the petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 23493 of 2013 similar benefit should be extended to the petitioner of this case also within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
