The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 308, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault by butt of pistol on the head of the informant. The injury is simple in nature. As a matter of fact, the cousin brother of the petitioner has lodged a case, vide Barun P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021, against the informant and his family members and due to which, this petitioner and his entire family members have been made accused in the instant case. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53810 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 258 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
