Petitioners are in custody in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 for the offence under sections 406, 420, 467, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that companion of the petitioners has taken Rs. 10,46,000/- from the informant for transfer of the land but the land has not been transferred.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 11.6.2019.

Considering the fact that this is the civil dispute and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50936 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 there is specific remedy under the Specific Relief Act, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019.
