No. 21789 of 2015 for correcting the fathers' names of the petitioners as the father's name of petitioner no. 1 is Dudheshwar Singh which has been wrongly recorded as Mannu Singh and petitioner no. 2 father's name is Mithilesh Singh which has been wrongly recorded as Dudheshwar Singh. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.

Let the fathers' names of petitioner no. 1 be read as Dudheshwar Singh instead of Mannu Singh and petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35945 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 no. 2 be read as Mithilesh Singh instead of Dudheshwar Singh. The order dated 21.05.2015 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.

Let the order be transmitted to the court of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014.
