JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was apprehended with a knife and cough syrup.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 2.7.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.63696 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 516 of 2021.
