JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,320,307,354 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners being sons of the informant for the transfer of her share of land in their names, on the order of petitioner no. 2 Md. Ataur Rahman, petitioner no. 1 assaulted the informant causing fracture injury when the daughter in law Safeena Khatoon, daughter Najmun Khatoon and other sons came to rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 1 Md. Abdul Rahman dragged the daughter in law of the informant namely Sakeena Khatoon by catching hold of hair locks.

Considering the heinous nature of accusation, this court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36884 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 260 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM (West), Muzaffarpur .

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
