The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the informant having raided the house of the informant from where a stolen motorcycle was recovered and the petitioner could not show any paper of the said motorcycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case since the house from where the motorcycle was recovered also belongs to other co-parcener. It is further

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.25,000/- in cash before the Nazarat of the concerned trial court whereupon the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018.
