It appears that vide order dated 30.07.2021, the application with regard to petitioner no. 1, namely Binod Mandal has already permitted to be withdrawn and this application is now restricted to petitioner nos. 2 and 3 namely Bablu Mandal and Rahul Kumar @ Rahul Mandal, respectively. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 162 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injuries cased to several
