2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1468.80 liters illicit liquor was recovered from pick up van and bolero.

4. Considering the huge quantity and petitioner has got 8 criminal antecedents, in which 7 are of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
