2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad (respondent no. 4) which is still pending. He submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the authority to consider and dispose off such representation.
