The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 353, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of assaulting the informant and his staff while they were discharging their officials duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

No.63316 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 further submits that from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the injury report is available at para-31 of the case diary but not mentioned what is the nature of the injury. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 85 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
