Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63908 of 2018 with a direction to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge or on completion of six months period in custody.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge has been framed in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2018..

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72336 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IV, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case no.487 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
