2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 77.760 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the house of Mantu Singh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
