The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that on 29.01.2019 the daughter of the informant, namely, Kiran Kumari had gone to School, but till evening she did not come back to her house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50058 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 accused Amit Yadav and petitioner happens to be the brother-inlaw of Amit Yadav. Hence he has been made accused in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. case NO.64 of 2019.
