Patna High Court MJC No.2948 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 respondent no.3 to considered the case of petitioner and further initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties to breach of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 21.07.2011."

3. A show cause of the opposite party no. 5 is on record annexing the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sherghati (Gaya) vide memo no. 618 dated 17.09.2024 in which the claim of the petitioner has been negated.

4. Granting liberty to agitate the matter, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
