2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, there is recovery of one country made loaded pistol along with one cartridges. He is in custody since 13.06.2023 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54366 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023.
