The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 448, 354, 509, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners being the elder brother of her husband and his wife entered into the bathroom, dragged the informant by catching hold of her hair

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36761 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/3 when the informant made protest then co-accused Munna Kumar abused and assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant. It is also alleged that these petitioners made assaulted with fist and slaps and co-accused Munna Kumar took away gold ornaments.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the land dispute the accusation has been levelled and there is a counter version of the occurrence also. Moreover, the thrust of accusation is against co-accuse Munna Kumar, who happens to be brother-in-law of the informant (husband's brother) against whom and the petitioners the informant Puja Gupta has lodged Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 600 of 2013 making accusation under Section 498A of the IPC. Considering the accusation being levelled in the background of litigated relationship between the parties and the accusation is against Munna Kumar, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town
