2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.174 of 2013, registered for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail
