09.10.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 & 3 vide order dated 14.07.2015 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in A.B.P. No. 3534 of 2015 in connection with Sachiwalya P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015.

Since a senior Judicial Officer has exercised his discretion in favour of the private Opposite Parties and they have not misused the privilege of bail, I see no reason for interference in the matter.

The Application stands dismissed.
