2. Petitioner-Assistant Branch Manager is said to have misappropriated a sum of Rs. 17,72,853/- from the Bank. It is submitted on his behalf that fix deposit and other deposits of petitioner, his wife and other members of family in the same branch or in other branches of the State Bank of India is about 14 lakhs. Petitioner, his wife and other members of family will not touch any of the aforesaid deposits until he is acquitted in the trial. The remaining balance out of Rs. 17 lakhs and odd shall be deposited by the petitioner by making further deposits within two months from the date of release of the petitioner.
3. Let petitioner, named above, be admitted to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43389 of 2014 (4) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 privilege of provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, CBI-I, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 6/12 RC Case No. 11(A)/12. In case, deposit is not made within the aforesaid time, petitioner should surrender in the court below. If petitioner deposits the remaining amount within the aforesaid time, provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.
