The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C, 489D, 489E, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The police apprehended one Samsad Alam from whose possession stolen motorcycle and fake currency notes of Rs. 2,00,000/-, each of Rs. 1000/- denominations were recovered. Samsad Alam disclosed that he was to handover the money to the petitioner and Sk. Bhuttu who were to come at the place of occurrence.
It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is on inimical term with Samsad Alam.

No.37969 of 2015 (3) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 The marriage of the petitioner was settled with the sister of Samsad Alam, but the settlement was broken and that is why Samsad Alam made the petitioner accused in the case. The learned APP did not point out any material against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 506 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
