The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Allegation against the petitioners is that on an assurance of sale of piece of land, the petitioners took money from the complainant and later did not return.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The matter relates to purchase of land between the parties. From perusal of the complaint, it appears that it is a civil dispute.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the lockdown, the provisional anticipatory bail, granted to the petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No. 1929(C) of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -XII, Patna, under order dated 28.08.2019 is hereby confirmed.
