Petitioner seeks bail in Itarhi P.S. Case No.233 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2018 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
