ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the application against petitioner no. 2 has already become infructuous by order dated 03.09.2015, as the petitioner no. 2 has been taken into custody.
So far as the rest petitioners are concerned, the allegation against them is general and omnibus and they have no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37655 of 2015 (3) dt.23-09-2015 Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that there is no specific allegation against them, let the petitioners above named, except petitioner no. 2, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
