JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The instant modification petition has been filed for extension of time for further two weeks to surrender in the court below by the petitioner who has already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.15926 of 2016 by order dated 16.05.2016. Accordingly, two weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below, i.e., CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.Case No.341 of 2015 from the date of receipt/ production of this order. The instant petition is disposed of to the aforesaid extent only.
